I have had a series of lessons covering the full swing, chipping, putting and bunker play.  Video analysis during and after each session has really helped me understand what I am actually doing rather than what I think I am doing.  Then with Matt's help and drills the video shows the new changes in place, often along side the swing of a tour pro for comparison, which acts as my permanent record. I can then refer back to these images whenever I need to, effectively taking the lesson over and over again but only paying once!
