Provisional Bookings

Confirmation of booking is required with 14 days or the room(s) will be released.

Deposits

30% of the pre-arranged bill must be paid before the event

Cancellation Charges

In the event of cancellation, charges will be as follows:

2 weeks notice 30% payable
1 week notice 40% payable
24 hours 50% payable

Play at Hamptworth Golf & Country Club in Wiltshire FREE

We have agreed reciprocal playing privileges with Hamptworth Golf & Country Club for our members, increasing the number of courses you can play free of charge to 14. Take a look at their website at http://www.hamptworthgolf.co.uk/ for more information about the club.

The reciprocal arrangement is for one midweek 4-ball per day commencing 10th January 2013, subject to availability. All bookings must be made through our Proshop and not directly with the reciprocal club. Any guests accompanying our members, will pay Hamptworth’s member’s guest rate green fee. We hope you make the most of this benefit of being a member at Donnington Grove County Club.
