Evening Reception
All music must finish at midnight. Last orders will be called at 11.45pm and the bar will close at midnight.
• Check in for rooms is 2pm
• Check out for rooms is 11.30am
All prices quoted include VAT. No service charges are included and are entirely at the customers’ discretion.
All music requirements must be sorted by the wedding party and finish by midnight.

Master of Ceremonies
If your wedding party is greater than 70 we advise you have a Master Of Ceremonies. We can recommend a local trustworthy Master of Ceremonies or alternatively you can provide your own.Private Bar
Unless otherwise arranged you would use our fully stocked bar for the duration of your wedding as a completely private bar for your guests only. This closes at midnight. We are happy for residents to stay drinking in the Chinese Room, although the bar will be locked at midnight and any drinks required must be purchased before this time.

At Donnington Grove we give you the opportunity to try two menu options, a few months before the wedding, by arranging a complimentary taster evening. During this meal you will also be given the opportunity to sample some of the various house wines which will be available for your wedding reception. |

We can accommodate either a disco or live band for your evening entertainment, which can be set up in the marquee or the main Kennet Room. |

We have 30 hotel rooms in total including the "Honeymoon Suite". Subject to availability of course you're welcome to reserve rooms for your guests. We also have a beautiful selection of suites, each of which will be used on your special day. |

Donnington Grove Country Club Wedding Fair on Sunday 22nd January 2012

Donnington Grove Country Club in Newbury provides a great setting for our Wedding Fair. This venue is in a convenient location, on the edge of Newbury in beautiful parkland. Donnington Grove is the perfect venue for any wedding reception.
Opening times 11am to 3.30pm.
Free admission which includes refreshments and a Bridal Information pack.

Donnington Grove has a challenging and well-respected golf course.
Throughout the golfing year, we host several 'opens' that fall under the categories men, ladies, seniors and mixed. Competitions are played in accordance with R&A rules of Golf and Local Rules.
