Payment

Payment for your wedding breakfast and buffet, chosen wines and venue hire will be due 3 weeks prior to your wedding.  Additional charges made to your wedding account will be payable within 1 week of the wedding on receipt of an invoice.  All room rates are payable on departure.

Deposit

We require a £1000.00 deposit when you book, which will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation up to 1 year before the date – 90% of your deposit will be returned
Cancellation up to 9 months before the date – 50% of your deposit will be returned
Cancellation up to 6 months before the date – 25% of your deposit will be returned
Cancellation up to 3 months before the date – your deposit will not be returned
Cancellation up to 1 month before the date – 25% of the predicted total will be charged
Cancellation up to 1 week before the date – 50% of the predicted total will be charged
