• Independently accredited (e.g. Red Tractor) on many products.

Regional Provenance:

John Ross Jr: supply our cured fish, smoked the traditional way in 150 year old red brick kilns.  The company has a long history of excellence and holds a Gold Award from the Guild of Fine Foods.

Thatcham Butchers: Graham Wilks and his staff have over 199 years of experience in the butchery trade and have supplied many of the country's top chefs for over 15 years. Donnington Grove is no exception and the quality assured meat served is meat the way it should taste.

Philip Dennis: A family owned, regional wholesaler with the highest standards in quality and animal welfare. They provide a complete range of frozen, chilled, and ambient foods together with fresh meat from Dennis Family Butchers and fresh fish from Dennis Family Fishmongers.
